John Hecker

John Hecker has over forty years’ experience with all aspects of the preservation and rehabilitation of historic buildings. Most of his projects have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places or designated as National Historic Landmarks. After early experience with the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS), National Park Service, and National Trust for Historic Preservation, John joined the consulting services group Historic New England. Notable work includes rehabilitation of the A.H. Hammond Organ Reed Factory and restoration of the historic Brewer Fountain at the Boston Common.
